Wacht op goedkeuring en instructies voor retourzending/omruiling.

2: Omruiling (indien van toepassing)

Als u ruilt voor een duurder artikel, sturen wij u een conceptbestelling met het prijsverschil.

4: Pakket voorbereiden

5: Artikel verzenden

6: Verzending bewijs delen

7: Bewaar ontvangstbewijs

Bewaar uw verzendbewijs totdat uw retourzending of omruiling volledig is verwerkt.

Verzendkosten retourzending

De verzendkosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant.
Deze kosten zijn onder geen enkele omstandigheid restitueerbaar.

Terugbetalingen

Zodra we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd:

U wordt op de hoogte gebracht van de goedkeuringsstatus.
Indien goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling binnen 3 werkdagen naar uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode overgemaakt.
